Vodafone improves its support through WhatsApp: now also for contract customers

Until now Vodafone offered its customer service through WhatsApp and for prepaid users, but now it has decided to extend the service also to those who have a contract with the operator: all customers can use the number 607 100 100 to carry out transactions directly through WhatsApp.

Companies have been diversifying their contact channels in order to offer a greater number of options to those who do not want to speak to an operator over the phone. The usual thing is that, apart from the means of the mobile (call and message), Social networks like Twitter are used. Not only that: thanks to WhatsApp Business, the messaging platform is also becoming more attractive as a support service.

WhatsApp support through the number 607 100 100

Vodafone has been offering customer service on WhatsApp since 2020. It does so through TOBi, a bot that allows you to obtain different information related to the line. And now, thanks to the extension of the service, contract customers can also use this communication channel.

As Vodafone has communicated, any of its clients can write down the number 607 100 100 in their agenda so that establish contact with the operator via WhatsApp. Once said contact has been added, all you have to do is open a conversation with Vodafone: after accepting the conditions of use, the chat will be operational for a good number of regular queries.

The customer service channel through WhatsApp is used to request information on the services contracted with the operator, rates, invoices, and allows you to find out the balance of a prepaid card or data bonuses. all through natural conversation and using the Vodafone bot, TOBi.

According to Vodafone, the support service through WhatsApp has so far received some 14,000 weekly queries, at the moment related to prepaid services. It is to be expected that, once the platform has been opened to all clients, these queries will gradually increase. And all no ads and free: the service is included in the support of Vodafone.
