The massive open-world shooter Far Cry 6 is free for the next few days. Ubisoft’s massive first-person shooter is free to download and play on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC. The free trial runs from now until the evening of March 27. If you’re a fan of Stranger Things, there’s extra incentive, as you can try out the new crossover mission called ‘The Vanishing’.

If you want to access the Stranger Things material, just finish the tutorial mission in Isla Santuario and unlock one of the guerrilla camps.

“Once in a guerrilla camp, you will get a call from Juan and see the mission titled “The Vanishing.” The mission can also be accessed from Journal > Yarn Stories,” explains Ubisoft.

“In ‘The Vanishing,’ you’ll enter a twisted version of Yara, inspired by the Upside-Down, where the Yarns are disappearing, and no one is safe – not even Chorizo.

“It’s your mission to search for Libertad’s canine friend and find out what happened to the missing Yaran.”
