On a daily basis we receive files on our smartphone with a system Androidfrom photos, videos, through PDF to spreadsheets, there are several formats that we can download to the device.

Check phone memory

By having this physical storage device, we can transfer the files from the smartphone in order to have space in the internal memory of the phone. It is important to verify the internal configuration of the equipment, so that the new files are saved on the microSD card automatically.

Check your internet connection and your telephone service provider

In most cases, problems with internet speed are responsible for our smartphone downloading files.

To check the status of your connection you can enter the following web page and know the speed at which you are browsing the internet. It does not matter if you use it with your Wi-Fi or with the data that your cell line gives you.
