Obi-Wan Kenobi and Jedi: Fallen Order linked? Clue from McGregor

Obi-Wan Kenobi, a TV series released on Disney + on May 27 this year, and Jedi: Fallen Order, a title released in 2019, would be linked. Revealing this theory was Ewan McGregor, who will play the role of the Jedi master in the miniseries.

In the course of an interview with Jimmy Kimmel Live !, in fact, he said that the storylines of video games and audiovisual works must coincide. In addition, he added: “There can be no facts that take place within video games that do not coincide with those of films and series”.

At this point, the connection between Obi-Wan Kenobi and Jedi: Fallen Order (here you can find our review), or another title in the series – maybe the one coming out, perhaps, this year (here we talk more in depth) – it’s practically automatic.

Yes, because, as is well known, the events of the two works take place in the same timeline. Also, just around that time the Jedi were banished and, for the most part, disappeared without a trace. Practically at the same time, our Obi-Wan makes him lose track, hoping that the situation will improve and Cal Kestis, instead, begins the adventure in the video game.

At this point, to seal the connection between the two titles, you can expect a cameo from one of the video game protagonists in the series. Maybe just Cal Kestis who could, therefore, represent the link between the two stories.

An imaginative theory but in which practically everything returns. We just have to wait until May 27, the day on which the series will be released simultaneously all over the world on Disney +.

In the meantime, just on the day of the day before yesterday, the latest launch trailer for Obi-Wan Kenobi was released, on the occasion of Star Wars Day. As we know, the events of the series will take place 10 years after the events of Episode III – Revenge of the Sith.

In this film, ours will be committed to remedying everything we witnessed in the aforementioned film. We will see some good ones.
