On Fortnite A new method has been added to explore the Battle Royale island, namely the Grapple glove. As part of the first patch for the Season 3 of Chapter 3the game then adds a grappling hook which, as players will know, makes everything better.
There description of the new Grapple Glove it’s the following:
The Stratosphere isn’t the only high-altitude thrill of the season. Grab a Grapple Glove and use it to swing through the air! To start swinging, shoot the grappling hook at a hard surface such as a cliff, object or building. Each subsequent swing will be faster and faster, up to the third and beyond, when you reach maximum speed.
If you miss your target and hit the ground, you’ll have a short window of time to throw the grappling hook and swing back. If you come out of a sliding swing, the time window will be even longer, so try combining sliding and swinging! If the time window runs out, do not worry: after a short recovery, the Grapple Glove will be ready to return to action.
When the Grapple Gauntlet is ready again, you can get back in the air. Or grab something out of range – you can even shoot the grappling hook to pull items towards you! Keep shooting the Grapple until the Grapple Gauntlet is depleted. Grapple Gloves can be found in Grapple Gloves Toolboxes located in the Pink Grapple Stations on the island.
The Grapple Glove can be found in special pink boxes scattered throughout the game map. In particular, the points to take it are:
- Northeast of Condo Canyon
- North of Synapse Station
- Southwest of Greasy Grove
- North of Rocky Reels
- East of the Tilted Towers
- In the middle of the eastern islands above The Jonseses
- East of The Daily Bugle
- East of Shifty Shafts
- North-overst by Logjam Lumberyard
- In the Rave Cave
The Grapple Glove in Fortnite it looks similar to the rocking motion introduced in Chapter 3 with Spider-Man and, later, suspended. The grapple joins a ever-expanding range of options to move in the game. Among the various possibilities there are vehicles, such as trucks or cars, or actions to be performed such as sprinting, climbing and sliding. The most recent season of Fortnite kicked off this month, following a live event of large-scale battles.
