Elden Ring, not all illusory walls come down with one blow

Elden Ring has now shattered all sales and valuation records, becoming in effect a global success. The title of FromSoftware has captivated critics and players alike, managing to provide a gaming experience in full style Souls but at the same time innovative. To the great success are to be added a myriad of fans who try to discover all the secrets of the game.

As in all SoulsIn fact, even in the Elden Ring it is possible to find secret roads if you pay the right attention. In addition to hidden paths and short cuts that save players a long way to retrace the scenarios, game enthusiasts FromSoftware they will know for certain of the existence of some passages that are almost invisible to the eye. We are talking, of course, about the illusory walls. These are real walls that, if hit, dissolve in front of the player revealing secret rooms or passages.

Elden Ring also incorporates this mechanic widely appreciated by all players. What appears interesting, however, is the discovery by IronPineapple on Twitter, of the existence of some walls which, at first glance, do not seem illusory. In fact, they do not produce any effect if they are hit only once but, after about 50 hits, they can still be destroyed. The walls in question found are currently two, both a Volcano Manor. The most plausible explanation is that the walls were added by FromSoftware following some changes in the map layout. However, it appears that a bug still makes their destruction possible, allowing players to enter these secret areas. Another valid hypothesis, but implausible given the high number of hits required, is that it is a easter egg.

Elden Ring is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X / S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 And PC. The developers, in recent weeks, have fully concentrated on solving some problems encountered by players, already providing the first patches. Just yesterday the 1.04 patch was released, released a few days after the previous one to bring new improvements. If it really is a bug, it is possible that these illusory walls will be fixed soon, so hurry up and look for them.
