How to call an emergency service?
Activating this feature varies depending on the model of iPhone you have. If you have an iPhone 7 or earlier, follow these steps.
- Quickly press the side or top button five times.
- You will see the Emergency SOS slider appear on the screen.
- Swipe to activate the services and the call will be made immediately
Remember that after the call, the contacts you have placed in the “Emergency Contacts” list will receive an SMS with your location.

- Press and hold the Side button and one of the Volume buttons until the Emergency SOS slider appears.
- Slide over the Emergency SOS bar to contact local assistance services.
If you press and hold the mentioned buttons and do not activate the bar on the screen, a countdown will begin and at the end of the countdown, the iPhone will call the number configured as emergency service.
