WhatsApp: the emojis that will arrive on your smartphone in 2024


Do you want to have them? They are more and more. WhatsAppIn addition to adding about 30 emojis this 2023 to its platform for Android and iPhone smartphones, it already has about 700 icons, each with a different shape and style.

Although the celestial, pink, gray heart or the trembling face, the quena, the maracas, the seagull, among others, have not yet arrived, it is very likely that these new 2024 emoji can only be used in WhatsApp during the first quarter of next year.

So be patient. At least their designs are being worked on and more are expected to be added to the list. At the moment there are only six new emoticons.

These are the new WhatsApp emojis that will arrive in 2024

  • a nodding face
  • A face moving its head left and right
  • a phoenix

These will come out with the Android 14 update, as well as Emoji 15.1. It only remains to confirm the release date of the operating system.

How to change your number on WhatsApp without losing your information?

  • First, check that WhatsApp do not have pending updates in the Android Google Play Store or iOS App Store.
  • Now, click on the icon of the three points that are located at the top right> tap on “Settings”.

  • Go back to “Settings” and now click on the “Account” section > “Change number” > “Next”.

  • Do the same at the bottom, but here you will add the new line.
  • Hit “Next”, you will probably be asked to enter your fingerprint (if you have one).
  • Finally, WhatsApp will verify the authenticity of the number and after that it waits for the information transfer process to finish.
