The remaining 20-odd patches are specific to Galaxy devices and come directly from Samsung.

Samsung launched the Galaxy S10 Lite in January 2020. This phone was running Android 10 out of box. Android 13 was the last major Android release for handsets. Android 14 will not be available in it. One UI 5.1 will also not be available in the affordable Galaxy flagship. However, the Galaxy S10 Lite will continue to receive security updates for at least another year.
