Angry CeX shopkeeper smashes phone ‘f**king rip off’ with staff

A customer has been filmed smashing a phone at a CeX shop in what he believed to be a ‘f***ing rip off’.

You can watch the entire awkward scene in the video below:

As you can see, the man was clearly not happy with the product he had purchased on CeX – or the Complete Entertainment eXchange, if you prefer – and decided he was going to make a scene to emphasize that point. Is.

He started wailing a bit before throwing the iPhone to the floor not once, but twice.

Then, the irate customer decided to take it and take a different approach, slamming it off the counter in anger, also landing in the faces of the staff at the shop, who stood around like everyone else watching in disbelief. Were.

He accused the shop of selling him a piece of ‘f***ing s***’ and some ‘f***ing s*** you can do nothing with.

At one point he was banging the phone on the side corner of the counter so hard that his own watch slipped from his wrist and fell to the floor.

The whole bizarre scene was caught on camera by TikTok user @shaniceisinthehouse, who tagged the video with the caption: “Wasn’t expecting this.”

All the while, a group of shoppers stood in awe of what was happening before their eyes.

And it seems to have caused shock and confusion among those who have seen the video online.

One person joked: “The phone sounds great if you ask me.”

Another asked: “What did you get for that?”

However, as many others have pointed out, whether you think the phone is bad or not, it’s probably not the fault of the poor guy behind the counter.

“Why be angry with the worker [sic] Are they just doing their job? One commented.

“There’s a reason I don’t miss working in retail,” said another comment.

It seems like this whole weird saga happened at CeX – which, as you may or may not know, is called ‘Sex’ – in Weymouth, in front of Shenice Elson, who was waiting in line for a video game. Had been.

It is reported that the whole thing allegedly started as the man had bought the phone earlier on the same day before attempting to set it up at the pub.

After entering his iPhone account details, the man apparently couldn’t confirm the deletion of his account and hence didn’t get a refund, which led to his being kicked off.

Staff member Jacob Adams told MailOnline: “I was confused as to why the customer reacted in the way he did.

I did not see the sale transaction, but when he returned, I was present for the entire period.

Initially, he was served and quickly became aggressive, I intervened to defuse the situation.

“When I talked to the customer, I explained that in this instance I could do Goodwill for him to get his money back.

“The customer became more aggressive, possibly due to the fact that he appeared to be intoxicated and had been to the pub prior to his own admission.

“Although I did not appreciate the way the customer spoke to the rest of my staff, I attempted to defuse the situation and offered a full refund in the manner the customer paid.”

LADbible has contacted CeX for comment on the matter.
