Microsoft systematically invests millions in Xbox Game Pass, offering players the next big productions as part of the subscription. The corporation provides all the games of its teams and Bethesda formations, and in the future, Activision Blizzard titles will also appear in the catalog next to third-party items.

One of the studio’s employees decided to show off his achievements and confirmed some interesting numbers – In the period from January 2018 to September 2022, Xbox Game Pass increased the number of customers from 5 million to over 25 million, and in four years revenues increased to USD 2 billion. The average annual growth rate is 54%.

Monthly active users increased 15 times in more than 26 markets, while the number of customers using Game Pass for PC increased fivefold during this time.

Already 15 million players have checked PC Game Pass, and during this time we have managed to expand partnerships with, among others, Netflix and companies such as HBO, Disney, F1 and Paramount.
