ASYTRON Desk is a reliable mobile workspace you can use anywhere

No other converted furniture – this is probably your initial reaction to learning about ASYTRON. Even the name itself is pretty Transformer, but you’ll probably love its mechanism, like most furniture pieces with similar inspiration.

Acetron is a lightweight transformative furniture item designed by two industrial designers from Germany. This mobile workbench is built using a lightweight construction method. The design aims to address many of the issues facing digital nomads and those who spend most of their long hours in a home office or a coworking space.

There are so many related products and concepts, so shopping around for the proper workstation can be a challenge. A mobile workspace doesn’t have to be portable just because it should actually work for the user. It must be strong enough for frequent relocation and with frequent assembly and disassembly.

With more people having flexible work environments, it’s important to have personal space available. This is easily achievable with many of the solutions we have looked at. However, many different scenarios must be covered, including frequent change of location, temporary team space, flexible office/classroom, easy to transport, modularly expandable, functional and space saving when not in use is included.

The Acetron answers all those concerns as it is dynamic, flexible, ergonomic and even aesthetically pleasing. It’s a desk and chair in one, but it can be folded together to save precious space. It’s ideal for flexible offices and coworking spaces because you can assemble, pack, and transport items with ease.

ASTYRON Lightweight Transforming Furniture Project

The Acetron is really lightweight, thanks to the materials used: aluminum tubes and extruded aluminum profiles. As described by the designers, the Acetron comes with a cushioning formation inspired by those automotive racing seats. It is ergonomic, lightweight and rigid. It’s modular so you can connect the pieces. It is also ergonomic with lumbar support and a notch for the spine. There is also a hinge that swings and folds easily.

Each piece can fit in a trunk when folded. Integrated features include a USB cable reel, USB multi-hub,
and inductive charging station for wireless charging. With this thing you can work wherever you want. Not only can you bring your laptop with you, but now you can bring your own desk and chair as well. It is needed these days as the pandemic is not over, and many people are encouraged to work from home, which means working from anywhere.
