Ubisoft is attracting the attention of various private equity firms that may be interested in a future acquisition, as reported by Bloomberg. Blackstone Inc. And KKR & Co. presumably they would have studied the video game publisher, but there are currently no negotiations underway between the software house and the companies.

Conversely, some new rumors would support the possible sale of Ubisoft. The sources, reported by Kotaku, basically confirm these rumors and added that the software house has been collaborating for several months with several external consultancy companies to manage various parts of their business.
