As Sprout Wired reports, there are several ways to exit the app without deleting it.

Forcing the app to stop is one solution that can be useful for users who want to stop receiving messages from the app.

To do this, the user can access the Applications tab and find WhatsApp.

This process only works when connected to mobile data and not WiFi.

As Sprout Wired reports, after going through the process, the user does not receive messages even when 4G is on.

The app can also be temporarily disabled, which can be done in the “Help” tab.

The user has to inform the app that their device is lost so that the company can unlink the account.

There is a grace period of 30 days to reactivate the account.

It’s normal to quickly check any incoming messages from WhatsApp, but turning off notifications can help users who want to take some time off.

This can be adjusted in the phone’s settings or through the app itself where the user can customize the sound, vibration, pop-up, light and notification style.
