Unfortunately, the bitter truth is that you can’t right now Clear your YouTube search history—at least once in a while—on the desktop.

If you want to keep your viewing history intact, you must view and delete each search from your history. If you don’t, and instead want to delete all of your viewing and search history at once, click delete button above your YouTube history.
