Another battle of operating systems: Do better users drive Android or iOS?

Smartphones also strongly affect our driving skills. Although this is not correct, many people look at their mobile phones from time to time, even though they are just behind the wheel. This is no big secret. But did you know that there is a difference between drivers who use Android and drivers who use iOS? Yes really.

A new study by Jerry points to the difference between the driving abilities of the two groups. This is a service that compares offers for car insurance, the server informs Phone Arena.

“Android users will not tolerate luxury”

Are those with Android or iPhone more skilled behind the wheel? The survey of the application in the introduction shows that iOS users in several cases are above their colleagues with Android. “Some say they wouldn’t even send a message to someone who doesn’t have an iPhone,” states Jerry at your site.

On the contrary, Android users should be “More open, honest and modest – less interested in luxury and social status”.

It tracked 20,000 drivers. And the result?

And now back to the original question – who drives better? The app’s verdict says more or less clearly – Android users are better drivers than iPhone users. The process of achieving this result involved behavioral analysis 20,000 drivers in 13 million kilometers.

Android has to beat iOS in every single track. The operating system from Google (or its users) has achieved better results in concentration, maintaining speed, deceleration, acceleration and also braking. The biggest difference was recorded in the concentration camp, where Android scored 74 points, while iOS only 68.

Of course, these statistics do not need to be taken personally. Many great drivers from both groups drive on the roads. However, it is at least interesting to know that someone is also interested in the impact of smartphones on our daily lives.
