Favorite means of transport on Google Maps could be a reality in the next big update
beta version v11.28 of the popular mobile navigation app seems to be showing some curiosities noteworthy, judging by the publications recent of some users in social networks, like the one that we show you below these lines. Specifically, it seems that Google would be implementing a new floating panel in its interface, which would appear on the map, but also a change in the way of searching routes to our next destination. In this preview version the user will be able to preselect the transport that you use the most and thus have them more at hand.

Now, the users are beginning to see the possibility of change their favorite means of transportation from Google Maps itself, together with the appearance of the aforementioned panel, with which some steps would be saved as the application is a little more proactive with respect to the route that you want to select. If you don’t have the beta versioncurrently you can also to select your favorite means of transportation, although you will not be able to do it from the app itself. You must have installed the google appwhether on Android or iOS devices, tap on your avatar and access the Settings. Once inside, you must go to Voice and Assistant, commuting and you can now choose how you prefer to move. Of course, you can only use your favorites if you ask the voice assistant for directions.
