According to the information provided by Slash Gear, it would be possible to establish a pattern of use to be able to manage the direction of the vehicle through our own voice.

The Apple Car is a car that still hides many unknowns. The company has shown on many occasions its intention to approach the mobility market. Known are its steps in terms of autonomous driving and, of course, its improvements made over the last few years. Now, however, the company would have gone a little further, offering Siri a very prominent role after the patent registered in the United States Patent and Trademark Office on January 14, 2022.

In most current driving assistants, the technology consists of establishing a certain route through the screen. After that, the most convenient route is chosen and the vehicle does everything else. This new technology would allow, thanks to its voice commands, to be able to steer the vehicle through voice prompts. It would therefore be a new additional solution that would help trace changes on the map in real time.
Another aspect that is calling the attention of the community close to Apple is the provision of a program designed, above all, to stop the vehicle in case an order is received external. This is possible thanks to the incorporation of sensors and cameras. Thus, for example, it would be feasible for the car to detect an intruder or, simply, if an Authority requests the vehicle to stop from another vehicle or if it is traveling on foot.
As you can see, these are innovations that are only possible taking into account that very advanced technology is available in terms of mobility autonomous. We will have to wait and see what happens over the next few months in relation to this proposal. After all, the Apple Car could be a reality much sooner than might be expected.
