Here’s the N64’s Goldeneye on Four Different Screens

The N64’s GoldenEye 007 is one of the most famous multiplayer games of all time, and now the Center for Computing History has found the ultimate way to prevent screen fraud by giving each player their own separate screen.

Center of Computing History shared a video of this new way to run GoldenEye 007 Twitter, And it shared how it nailed this effort for its upcoming 25 years of GoldenEye Dev Talk Evening.

While the event is sold out, it will allow fans who have already booked tickets to try out this different screen Golden Eye experience for themselves.

The event will also bring three GoldenEye developers Martin Hollis, Dr. David Dok, and Brett Jones as guests, and will feature development documents, concept art, and playable versions of GoldenEye Japan and possibly canceled for the Xbox 360. GoldenEye will be remastered. ,

If you want to set-up this for yourself, the Center for Computing History warns that it was a bit tricky and also quite expensive, largely because it required 8,000 of video distribution equipment. It was also noted that it was running the game on the original N64, using the original GoldenEye 007 cartridge.

While it might be hard to recreate for most people, GoldenEye 007 Xbox Achievements appeared online earlier this year and potentially hinted at a new port that could be headed our way in the future.
