Jack Dorsey Says ‘Nah’ To Twitter’s CEO Again After Buying Elon Musk, And Says The Company Really Doesn’t Need One

It was Twitter founder Jack Dorsey’s reaction to speculation that he would return to the social media platform after Elon Musk’s acquisition of the company.

YouTuber Charles Wieand on Wednesday tweeted He predicted that Musk would “just ask @Jack to be CEO of Twitter.”



Dorsey replied bluntly: “No, I’ll never be CEO again.”

Some Twitter users urged him to reconsider, but Dorsey replied with a second “nah,” adding that the company should “roll the dice again” and start anew.

Dorsey has said on several occasions that he views Twitter as a public good And running it as a corporation is against.

Musk and Agarwal have frequently clashed, with the Tesla CEO regularly ridiculing Agarwal on Twitter. In a securities filing on April 13, Musk said he “doesn’t have confidence in management.”

According to a report from CNBC last week, Musk was reportedly considering becoming the interim CEO of Twitter.
