Vivo X80 series will go on sale in India for the first time today, May 25. The lineup includes the X80 and X80 Pro models. To recap, Vivo launched the X80 series in India last week. However, the lineup was subject to several leaks before it went official in the country. For example, the colors, RAM and storage of the X80 series for India were tipped earlier this month. However, Vivo has put an end to these speculations by finally unveiling the X80 series.
Notably, the Pro variant gets the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip. However, the vanilla Vivo X80 packs a Dimensity 9000 processor. Furthermore, the X80 and X80 Pro feature 6.78-inch displays. This screen offers a Full HD+ resolution on the X80. Similarly, it offers Quad HD+ resolution on the Pro model. For optics, the X80 series packs a 50MP rear camera. In addition, it has an impressive front shooter for selfies and video calls. It also supports 80W FlashCharge.

Vivo X80 is available in two configurations. You can choose between 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage models. Also, the base model will set you back Rs 54,999. However, the 12GB RAM model costs a bit more. It is available for Rs 59,999. The Vivo X80 Pro will pack 12GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. The price of this variant on Flipkart is Rs 79,999. In addition, HDFC Bank card users can avail a discount of Rs 7,000. This is an unacceptable launch offer.
Vivo X80 has a 6.78-inch AMOLED display. Also, this screen offers a Full HD+ resolution. Also, it offers 120Hz refresh rate and 1000 nits peak brightness. The phone has an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC. Also, it comes with Mali G710 GPU for graphics. In addition, it gets up to 12GB of hearty LPDDR5 RAM. It ships with up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The phone boots Android 12 with FunTouchOS 12 on top.
