The youtuber mrkeybrdwith more than 100,000 subscribers on his channel, has decided to test the strength of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, Samsung’s cheapest folding phone and also one of the most popular.

To do this, it has decided to embark on a challenge consisting of test the durability of the components that make up the hinge and the screen of the device, opening and closing the device until it breaks.

At the time of publishing this article, the video has more than 24 hours in broadcast and the number of times the device’s hinge mechanism has been used close to 60000.



The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 undergoes a most curious resistance test.

At this time, the device does not appear to show signs of deterioration despite having been folded and unfolded nearly 60,000 times. Something expected, on the other hand, given that there are still about 140,000 folds to reach the figure indicated by Samsung itself.
