A plain iPad with a larger screen size

The normal thing would be to have an iPad Pro with a size larger than the current 12.9-inch one, give it a new design and even MagSafe. Those from Cupertino would have in their hands a 14.1-inch iPad with an LED panel. We know that one of the biggest differentiators between the entry-level iPad and the Pro range is its screen. Why does Apple want to launch a plain iPad with a large screen size? Maybe they want to offer a better experience now that iPadOS 16 has been released with “Stage Manager” support and macOS-like multitasking in app organization. But there is a huge problem and that is that these functions are only supported by the M1 chip.
