Redfin is laying off 8% of employees due to ‘market conditions’ as real estate demand cools

Redfin released an analysis on Monday showing that the homebuyer budget has essentially flattened. The fall in the budget is a leading indicator that the growth in home prices has reached its peak and will slow down in the coming months. ,
