Content streaming has been with us for so long that it is really strange that traditional television has not been redirected through it in such a massive way as it is now. But what we can do is enjoy it, begin to know that we can not depend on a physical television antenna and that platforms like Distro TVthe new alternative to Pluto TV, are out there and making more and more noise.
With the new Distro TV, more than 150 completely free channels land on our television or on our mobile (it’s on many devices). But there is something else, a rather interesting addition. The platform takes advantage of the fact that it is operated by ViacomCBS Streaming to have some other content of its own. Yes, DistroTV has original contentAnd for that alone, it’s worth a look.
More than 150 channels also with content in Spanish
As we have mentioned, in DistroTV we have available more than 150 channels completely free and with different themes. We have sports channels, movie and series channels, news channels, channels focused on business information, reality shows and even travel and lifestyle channels. All of them categorized in a fairly organized and neat menu that also has a programming grid that shows us what they are putting in each one to avoid having to zap and get to the point.
All this is only talking about the content that is broadcast live, because in DistroTV We also have content on demand with not a little additional content. In the content on demand (in the OnDemand tab) we even have categorization of movies and series. Of course, we will have a large amount of content in English.

To find the contents in Spanish we will have to go to its corresponding category, ‘Spanish’, and inside we will find (at the moment) 9 channels with movies, series, news and more. These contents are more focused on Latin-speaking countries but we can still enjoy them here. And if you are more fans of the content in the original version, you will have the rest of the categories just a couple of taps on the screen (or on the remote control) away.
DistroTV is accessible from the web through any device that has an integrated Internet browser, but it also has its own application for Android, iPhone or iPad and for different Smart TV brands.
