T-Mobile released Android 13 for the Galaxy S22 series.
Earlier this month, Samsung released Fifth and Final One UI 5 Beta Updates for Flagship – Galaxy S22, S22+ and S22 Ultra, Final released later Stable One UI 5 Firmware Update European Exynos variants and Indian Snapdragon variants are included worldwide just a few days ago. Today, T-Mobile, the largest telco, released Android 22 for the S22 series for both the locked and unlocked variants.
The software update for the United States variant is carrier-dependent. So even though Samsung has released the One UI 5 firmware update, network carriers will have to adopt it first. Luckily, T-Mobile today released the One UI 5 stable update for both lock and unlock modes for the Galaxy S22, S22+ and S22 Ultra.
Firmware Build Number for T-Mobile S22 Series with Model SM-S90xU Is S90xUSQU2BVJA, The size of OTA is more than 3 GB. Full stock firmware can go up to 8 GB in size.
The Snapdragon S22 variant in the United States can download the update immediately by going to Settings > System Update > Download OTA Updates manually.

Download One UI 5 Full Stock Firmware Directly From Samsung Servers
One UI 5 firmware comes with build number BVJA Global or for the Exynos Galaxy S22 series as well as Snapdragon variants in the United States and India.
The easiest way to download One UI 5 for Galaxy S22, S22 Ultra, S22+ is by going to Settings > System update > Download updates manually. You can also download Full Stock One UI 3.0 Firmware Update using SamFirm Tool or Firza Tool and install via Odin FlashTool.
You can also use Samfirm (Samsung Firmware Downloader) tool and the newly added Frieza (also a Samsung software downloader) to download full stock firmware directly from Samsung Savers.
- Firstly, download and extract the latest SamFirm Tool or Frieza Samsung Firmware Downloader. [Direct Frija download link]
- On your S22 device go to About phone under Settings and note down the model number (SM-S908U) for Galaxy S22 Ultra. Refer to the table given below.
- From here find the CSC code for your Galaxy S22 phone. Also known as area or product code. In this case, we are using TMB For T-Mobile and Android 13.
- Input the model number and area code.
- Select or check the Auto box.
- Also, check the Decrypt automatically box.
- Hit the Check Updates option.
- After the details are shown, hit the download button.
