Fortnite Chapter 3: leak anticipates the release date and time of Season 2?

A new era is about to begin Fortniteas players are ready for the arrival of the Season 2 of Chapter 3which would have been revealed by a leak.

Second TweaBRan important leaker and dataminer who works in the community of Fortnitethe new Season will come out tomorrow, Sunday 20 March 2022. Similar to what happened for the launch of previous seasons of the well-known shooter, fans can expect there to be long periods of server inactivity before all users can enjoy the new update.

Some information regarding the update and the maintenance program has been shared, which users could read while waiting for the server to come back to life. TweaBR stated that the expected downtime before the update is published will likely begin around 06:00 GTM, corresponding to 07:00 in the morning Italian.

The news has yet to receive official confirmation from Epic Games. A full announcement is expected shortly talking about the release on Fortnite of Season 2 of Chapter 3 in detail, including the time slot when there will be maintenance and when, finally, fans will be able to enjoy the update.

Typically, the periods of server downtime preceding the advent of a new season they run between 1 and 2 hours. The information in our possession derives, however, from TweaBR and has not yet been confirmed by official announcements. The leaker has, however, also pointed out that the gifting function of the Battle Pass is not working, precisely in view of the “work” to be done for Season 2.

The date of Sunday 20 March 2022 had already been named by the programmer as well Joseph Stubhart, but the post he had posted on Twitter about it was deleted shortly after publication. Times were probably not rosy for an announcement, however the amount of time the post spent online was enough to put a flea in the ear of the expectant fans.

Recall that, a few days ago, the character of Season 2 was leaked.
