OnePlus releases an update on Android 12 for other smartphones

The Chinese manufacturer OnePlus launched updates to the Android 12 operating system in December, when it started distributing it with the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro smartphones. After the detection of more serious bugs, the update was withdrawn at the time, and it was restarted after less than two weeks.

OnePlus now passes to the next update round. Android 12wrapped in a user interface OxygenOS 12starts delivering on your smartphone OnePlus 8, 8T a 8 Dec. It also applies to the 9R model, but it is only available on the Indian market.

The manufacturer writesthat the system update will first catch up with those users who have installed the beta version of the new operating system. But it shouldn’t take long for everyone to deal with it.

European Union users will have to be a little more patient. Company statesthat the system set-up intended for European facilities has yet to undergo further inspection, resp. unspecified verification. But it promises to be released as soon as possible.

The list of changes in the OxygenOS 12 interface is quite extensive. If we are optimistic, Android 12 with the OxygenOS 12 interface could get into smartphones in the coming days, maximum weeks. We remind you that the brand’s latest flagship, the OnePlus 10 Pro with Hasselblad cameras, is not available on our market. It is sold only in China.

But the smartphone should also go beyond China. Rather notified March availability has not yet been confirmed. But there are still a few days left until the end of the month.
