At this point we are sure that more than one already knows Astro firm. This is one of the many subsidiaries of the great Logitech, a company that is well known by all of us and by millions of users around the world who enjoy its products.
In this case, the company has left us some headphones focused on all those who are gamers, the real gamers. This is the A10 model, a headphone model that has a truly spectacular design and what is most surprising is that its price is really very tight for the quality of both the materials and the audio it offers.
Today we are going to see a little more detail about this type of headphones that despite being focused on gamers, they are still headphones that can be used on any Apple device, be it our iPhone, Mac or iPad, as long as they have a 3.5mm jack connector since in this case it is a wired headset.
Design and quality of the materials of the Astro A10
At this point we have to say that the headphones have a really good design and quality of materials. It is true that these are headphones made of plastic and I am going to tell you that at first glance they seem to be of poor quality, but nothing is further from the truth. Their design follows the line of the astro headphones, so if you like headphones with this design, they are quite similar to the rest of the products they have in their catalogue.
These A10 have really comfortable pads even if you have them on for many hours. Personally I can say that after about three hours of continuous use I have not felt discomfort of any kind, although it is true that they are somewhat small in every way, both the pads that cover the ears and the helmets themselves in general. This has its good part and it is that being small they fit anywhere and we can easily store them in our backpack of devices.
As we say the design is quite modern and follows the line of the rest of the products of this renowned firm, helps us with a good position while we are playing or listening to our favorite music anywhere. It is true that the microphone is somewhat large if we are using these headphones to listen to our music, but we do not have to worry about it since it is collected in the part of the headband and it will only look less ergonomic when we are using it.
It is important to note that the resistance of these headphones against twisting and others is more than proven and although we do not recommend doing so so that they do not suffer, you can see on the website how they twist the part of the headband and they return to their position without hardly flinch. The resistance of these A10 to falls and others is spectacular thanks to the materials used for its manufacture.
In terms of colors, they offer a wide variety of them. including a mint color model, gray, a white one with color on the side, black and lilac. The variety of colors is really interesting and offers a wide range of possibilities for all tastes.
audio quality
At this point, there is nothing left to say but that we are facing truly spectacular headphones in terms of audio quality. These are specific headphones for those users who want to play with the best possible sound quality and hear all those steps and sounds necessary in a game.
They have really good bass if they also allow you to listen to music quietly with them since the sound quality is high. On the other hand, their shape makes them headphones that They isolate us a lot from the outside and the pads adapt to our ears, isolating noise really well. exteriors. This is obviously a very important point for this type of headset since maximum concentration is required in games and with them you can have it.
It is not about specific headphones to listen to music but as we say they allow this option to all those who want to use them for it. In this case we can say that the headphones perfectly fulfill their function and allow the user to listen to any type of musicyes, always using the 3.5 mm jack connector.
Without a doubt, we are facing specific headphones for all those demanding players, but in the firm they have other models that are somewhat superior in terms of audio quality. This always depends on the budget you have for this type of accessories, you can see all the models on the official Astro website and choose the one you like the most, these A10 perfectly fulfill their purpose.
Box contents and specifications
In this case we have to say that the headphones have everything you need to start playing the box includes a quite long cable in which a control is also added to raise and lower the sound to our liking. We miss that this added control on the 3.5mm cable does not allow the microphone to be muted.
Inside the box we also find a adapter cable with double plug for all those who use the PC and have a sound card. We can use the pink and green connectors on the adapter for the microphone and the headset. This way you get better sound quality in games. Obviously a booklet with the guarantees and instructions for use as well as a sticker so you can put it anywhere.
