Where do we want to go with all this? The aforementioned shows that each state has its own system for granting telephone numbers. When someone makes a national call, the operator knows how to perfectly interpret the format of the number.   1. Open the phone app and access the dial, where the number pad is displayed.
  2. Long press on the key 0. If you look closely, the + symbol appears next to the number.
  3. The + symbol will have already been added. Enter the country code.
  4. Write the rest of the phone numbers.
