You can control the time of use of your device and activate modes that allow you to concentrate on your work without having to worry about notifications or use of apps on your smartphone.

Just go to your phone’s Settings and type in the search bar Digital Wellbeing, this way you don’t have to scroll or enter different submenus.

Remember that in this section you can also activate Parental Control.
