Subaru stops production due to lack of components

Subaru Corporation will temporarily suspend production at its auto manufacturing facilities in Japan due to disruptions in the supply of certain components. Operations at the Gunma manufacturing plant, the Yajima plant and the Oizumi engine and transmission plant will be temporarily suspended. Although the stop will affect some plants only for today and tomorrow, this delay could cost millions of lost profits and consequently cause further losses for the car manufacturer.
