It is not déjà vu: Orange, Vodafone, Movistar and MásMóvil have resumed the unprecedented promotion war for fiber

We looked back a few months and everything seemed to be going as usual. The main operators started the back-to-school campaign with the traditional fiber-only offers, and when the campaign was nearing its end, it was when the real revolution started.

Orange, Vodafone, Movistar spent two more months promoting their services only fiber at prices without competition during the first yearand now they have taken up some of these promotions, making them more aggressive and long-lasting.

On this occasion, it was again Movistar to start the commercial battle in mid-April, but the one who responded the fastest was MásMóvil, and later Vodafone and Orange followed suit.

Cheaper fiber offers: price and speed

The war of promotions for fiber has a peculiarity: it is available for new customers who contract the service during the promotional period, regardless of whether your benefits extend for months. In principle, these are flash offers that are available for a few days, but reality tells us that these offers are usually extended over time for contracting.

In addition, they may include clauses, such as that they cannot be contracted if you have recently enjoyed a similar promotion with the same DNI, or if you are under indirect fiber coverage. In any case, by consulting the fiber coverage, you will quickly get rid of doubts.

The conditions of the current fiber-only promotions of Movistar, Vodafone, Orange and MásMóvil, compared to the cheapest fiber connections of MVNOs such as Digi or Finetwork, are as summarized below:
