SANTA CLARA, Calif., May 06, 2022 (Globe Newswire) — Borax Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: BRQS, “Borx”, or “The Company”), a global provider of 5G wireless solutions, Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and innovative clean energy solutions with global operations in the US, India and China, on May 2, 2022 Filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2021 with the SEC.
