If you’re trying to log into Telegram and you don’t have another verified device, you’ll also see a message telling you that Telegram will be calling you within a few minutes. If you can’t receive text messages, this is a fallback option for logging into your account.

The Telegram web app gives you two ways to log in. You can use your phone number like a mobile app, or you can use a QR code. To do either, go to the Telegram website.
