Science-fiction virtual world EVE Online is getting Microsoft Excel support



eve onlineThe long-running sci-fi MMO known for its huge, costly space battles will soon receive integration with Microsoft Excel. on the eve Developer CCP Games announced a collaboration with Microsoft at its annual Fanfest event today, saying the JavaScript tool will allow players to “seamlessly” transfer data from games to spreadsheets so that “players can see everything from profit margins to battles.” to reach out and help calculate the strategy.” CCP says more details on the collaboration will be available later in the year.
