Not even in Elden Ring do we get rid of Father Gascoigne

Among the things that most impressed Elden Ring fans is its character editor. By spending the right amount of time to master all the editing possibilities, the latter allows you to create characters of all kinds. Excluding mods that add celebrities, many players have tried, for example, to recreate their favorite actors such as Benedict Cumberbatch and Samuel L. Jackson. Some players, on the other hand, have recreated their favorite characters from other video games or multimedia franchises. Among the best performers are undoubtedly Kratos, Darth Maul, Venom Snake and even Sonic.

Elden Ring

In a video uploaded by a user of Reddit named orionthehoonterwe witness a duel in which the player faces a character with the appearance of Father Gascoigne from Bloodborne. Father Gascoigne is one of the most fascinating bosses of Bloodborne, as well as the first among the mandatory bosses. In this version on Elden Ringthe player, in addition to creating a character very similar to the original, also found a suit that resembles those of the boss.

In the video, the two players manage to replicate the duel with Father Gascoigne quite similar to its original version. The character with the likeness of the boss begins the fight with his back to the author of the video, and then turns and alternates between one-handed weapon and two-handed weapon. At the end of the duel, the Gascoigne in version Elden Ring pulls out claws to evoke the boss’s transformation into Bloodborne. Use those as a weapon until the end of the fight and then come out defeated and receive a gesture of respect from the opponent.

Mad respect for this perfect Father Gascoigne cosplay build. They replicated the intro cutscene, Hunters ax forms and blunderbuss so well! Fun fight. from Eldenring

This build has received great praise from many players. The author, in fact, in addition to making the most of the editor and the sets made available by the game, managed to immerse himself perfectly in the part. Both in the movements and in the handling of weapons, this video by Elden Ring shows how much the fans of the games From Software can be creative.
