Samsung announces that its Smart TVs with Tizen will be able to download the app to watch Jazztel TV



A few days ago we saw how the Jazztel operator was targeting the television market by announcing Jazztel TV, a platform that for less than 5 euros per month offered access to a wide variety of content. And now it is Samsung Electronics that announces the availability of the Jazztel TV app on its offer of applications for Smart TV with Tizen.

The brand’s televisions with the Tizen operating system will have access to the new content platform for the whole family. An offer of which Jazztel fiber customers can benefit from a Samsung Smart TV and operator rates, both convergent and fixed-only.

Samsung Smart TVs that have Tizen will be able to download and use the app to access Jazztel TV. Of course, they will only be compatible Samsung Smart TV Tizen models released from 2015 onwards.

  • Sports: Game Toon, Ubeat, Trace Sports&stars, Bara TV, Betis TV.
  • Lifestyle: Kitchen channel, Inti, Qwest.

All these channels, included in the default package together with the national and regional DTT channels, can be completed with any of these packages:

  • Lifestyle for 3 euros: includes Escapa TV, MyZen TV, Fashion TV ut TV.

  • Rakuten-TV for 4.99 euros.

Along with these channels, those who access Jazztel TV from a Samsung television will also have access to the other benefits of the platform. This is the case of the possibility of accessing on demand the content broadcast during the last week through the contracted channels or the one that allows record up to 350 hours in the cloud, the contents being available for six months. It also allows serial recording, that is, it records all the episodes that are broadcast from the same series, even if they change the schedule.

Allowed pause and go back any channel being viewed, to continue playback from any point in the program being broadcast or the multi-device option. It can be accessed from smartphones, tablets, computers and smart TVs with the possibility of simultaneous playback on up to five different devices.
