This nomenclature change comes as a consequence of the removal of the Mi prefix from all Chinese brand products and adopts the name of the application of Amazfit smartwatches and sports bracelets, Zepp, a brand that, in turn, is owned by Huami, a subsidiary company of Xiaomi, adding the surname “life” to differentiate it from it.

Zepp Life changes its name and its logo, in which the title Formerly Mi Fit (previously Mi Fit) appears with respect to Mi Fit, but what it does not change is neither its interface nor its optionswhich remain intact.

The Mi Fit app will change its name and logo to Zepp Life with a single update, as the latest version of the Mi Fit app, with version number 5.6.0it will automatically update to Zepp Life version 6.0.0.
