Android: How to resolve file download errors



On a daily basis we receive files on our smartphone with a system Androidfrom photos, videos, through PDF to spreadsheets, there are several formats that we can download to the device.

There are rare times when receiving a file is unsuccessful. However, thanks to the Mobile Zone portal, we can execute some procedures that can help us download the elements sent to our phone.

Check phone memory

It is likely that the device’s internal storage has run out of space. Without the ability to save files, new photos and/or videos cannot be received or viewed.

Free up space on your device’s memory
