Samsung presents its smart monitor M8: connected and with UHD resolution, it can be used to control the smart home

Samsung has announced the launch of a new model for its range of smart monitors (Smart Monitor). This is a family in which the latest to arrive is the Samsung M8 monitor, **a 32-inch diagonal model with UHD resolution, a removable camera that comes offering a variety of colors that also serves as a home control center connected

Although the brand speaks of an “iconic design”, the truth is that the first impression as soon as you see it makes us think of the iMac with M1 chip. Its design and availability in different colors (warm white, sunset pink, light blue and spring green) contribute to this.

Connected to the house and independent of the PC

First launched in November 2020, Samsung’s Smart Monitor series allows users to access various features without having to connect a computer or console. This is possible thanks to Wi-Fi connectivity. In this way you can, for example, access streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney + and Apple TV.

With a thickness of 11.4 mm, according to the brand it is “about three quarters thinner than previous models”. The front, with very thin frames, is reminiscent of the latest iMac due to its irremediable design. A monitor that features adaptive imaging technology that allows you to automatically adjust the brightness and color temperature of the screen.
